Delete your vFlat account

1. Open vFlat and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

If you have removed the app or cannot sign in, send us a deletion request through the support form. Include the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed up with so we can confirm it is you.

You can also email support@vflat.com.

• The email address, name and profile photo used for sign-in and membership are destroyed when you delete your account.
• Everything tied to your account is deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Purchased text recognition credits are lost. They are not refunded and cannot be restored if you sign up again.

• Records of contracts, subscription cancellations, payments and supply of goods: kept for 5 years as required by Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
• Automatically generated information such as usage records and access logs: destroyed 3 months after your last visit.
• Scans saved on your phone are not deleted with your account.

• On iPhone and iPad, you cannot delete your account while a subscription is active. Cancel it in the App Store first.
• On Android, deleting your account also cancels your active subscription.
